The New Wave of Cut & Paste

About Me

Okeedokee, I write The New Wave of Cut & Paste zine, I'm upto issue 5 now and issue 6 is on the cards for release before the end of the year. Issue 5 can be bought from me for £1.50 with p+p via paypal (tobychelms@hotmail.com) or from Microcosm Publishing in the USA, Sticky in Australia and Steve's Distro in Ireland. It's also available from Home Of The Brave Records for online orders in the UK and The Punker Bunker abd Dave's Comics in Brighton. I also write In My Head a zine centred around the de-stigmitisation of Mental Health and my experiences of working on a mental health team in the NHS. Issue one of this took the best part of two years and work on issue 2 is underway with a release date of somepoint in 2009 all I know so far is that it will have some form of information CD with it and a general self help booklet included. Trades are always more than welcome so get in touch! I sometimes help out with Dance Like No One's Watching zine when they need a hand, co-run Home of The Brave Records and play in Serf Combat and Earth Dies Screaming.
I put on the odd gig or two in Brighton as well - busy busy!

Yes! Etsy! It's been a big boon to my ziney lifestyle. I highly recommend putting your zines up for sale there. The site charges a small fee per listing, which is a consideration for folks like us whose prices are low to begin with, but on the whole I have found it to be very worthwhile. It gives you access to a big community of people who may not know about zines but seem to be predisposed to liking them because they are already interested in handmade things of other kinds. Anyway, La-La #6 is yours. I'll email you with my address.

Hey there, no, I haven't read issue 5. I'd love a trade, thanks. These are all mine: thelalatheory.etsy.com. Let me know if any of them interests you at all.
