I write randomly about bike stuff, albeit mostly haiku in Haiku a Day, but I keep putting "bike polo" on the list of articles for Late Night Thinking. One of these days I may actually fit it in. I'll give a general thumbs up to everything ciaraxyer…

Once you get past the initial cost, you'll find that a laser printer is radically less expensive per-page than inkjet. And there are ways around the initial cost --- you mention being a student? Is this college? Many colleges either have a surplus p…

I consider zine production to be therapy for me, and a sunk medical cost.... That said, I pretty much just give away copies of my Haiku a Day zine, including mailing out a few dozen each month to friends and other zinesters. My more conventional zin…

St. Joshua Norton Press

Greetings, folks, this is Thomas from Ypsilanti, Michigan. I run St. Joshua Norton Press, which is really just the name I attach to the zines I make.

I currently produce two zines. The first is Haiku a Day --- I've written a haiku a day since July 2005, and once a month I bundle them up and send them out. The second is Late Night Thinking, which is a collection of writings about whatever happens to be on my mind. I'm two issues into that, with a goal of releasing an issue for every Shadow Art Fair here in Ypsi (so, every July and December).

I love doing trades, both of zines and random ephemera (who doesn't like to get mail?) I'm also interested in connecting up with zinesters in the area --- if you are nearby, send me a note. Hell, even if you aren't nearby, send me a note anyways.

More info on getting copies of my zine can be found here.
