I live a little bit too far from it.... i would really like to go....
I do this way: first I saw how much the production will costs; for example, 1 dollar a copy. so, to cover production costs, I sell for 1,20 dollars. but if it got too expensive to produce, I must think if worths to produce the zine this way.
hello! my name is Roberto Hollanda, I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for 30 years till know. yes, I born in this city. I do comics sinde youg, I edit zines since 1996, I have some price-winner comics series, and I study visual arts in Rio de Janeiro University (UERJ).
I play keyboards in a noise project called Pesadelo Portátil; I made some gigs. even now, I´m mixing some new songs.
I like to trade zines. well, I think that´s enough for a little begin of description. the rest, I´ll tell all night long.

- Nice. Can I suggest something though? I used to get those patchy brush areas,etc.,on my art but I then found that by scanning on "black and white" the patches automatically got darkened! Saved me a LOT of time going over the art again!
That's NOT criticism just a helpful tip!

- i did not get ladypajama's address yet to add to the list, i wanted to make sure everyone was cool to add another to the swap, which it seems everyone is ok with it, so as soon as i get ladypajama's address i will send out a complete new list! historical mini zine swap, HAHA!! i like that!! i can't wait to see everyone's zines!

I am working on an article about We Make Zines for the upcoming issue of Zine World. My deadline is December 24th. I am not really a journalist, so the article will probably be pretty basic.
