I've got an upcoming deadline to write a cookzine review article for LibraryJournal. I've got a couple, but I'm looking for a few more.
Criteria:
• Currently available
• Real zines, not cookbooks that started as zines
• Pretty much any style as long as it's about food and has recipes.
Additional wants:
• Diversity! I'd love to see POC cookzines, queer cookzines, and non-vegan cookzines in addition to the awesome vegan and…

Over the weekend I ran into an friend who owns one of Milwaukee's awesome indy bookstores. I'd mentioned to him in the past that he should carry zines, and he's always hemmed and hawed about it.
When I saw him on Sunday he said he was open to having a discussion about it. So I'm asking for talking points to convince him. I think it would be great, as MKE doesn't have that many places that carry zines.

After almost 5 years, I finally put out a new vegetarian/vegan cookzine! This is the sequel to 2006's "SoyBoi: Queer Adventures in my Vegetarian Kitchen."
Banarchy Now! is 52 pages of recipes and the Boomerang articles about cooking in our kitchen.
