My current zine is Neon Heart #1.
The purpose of the zine is to inform and raise awareness about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which is a systemic endocrine and metabolic disorder and one of the leading causes of infertility in women. (And also a condition I suffer from.)
The zine includes:
- basic information about PCOS
- my personal history with the condition
- dealing with depression and body image issues, both of which are very common for PCOS patients
- some positivity exercises
- resources for further information on PCOS
Details:
- half-legal
- 78 pages
- $3 (plus postage)
