Michael Cuthbertson joined Laurathelorax's groupI'm 27. I started out making AOL zines when I was 15 and then put out my first paper based zine when I was a senior in high school. Since then, though slow going, I've had several different zine projects, including Out of Context. I'm kind of poor, and it's hard for me to be able to afford the copy costs for my zine as I don't have access to free copying or whatever. So I do them in limited batches.
I'm really into ephemera collage, and you can definitely see that in my zine. A lot of the papers I use to make my layouts are from other countries or are very old.
I am a passionate person, and I'm a pretty good writer, I've been writing all my life basically, in higher volumes than the average person does.
I am also an activist in my community, a volunteer, a girlfriend, a sister, daughter, vegan, craftster, and music lover.
I am also a soon to be head zine librarian in Providence RI at my Library, Use Your Words.
