Hiya,
I'm an upbeat teenager living in the UK. I have only recently gotten into zines although I have been involved with mail art for quite some time. I'm up for trades and finding penpals in the zine world. Just drop me a line if your interested!
Inspirations:Random - A 24 hour zine
The only zine I've written recently is a perzine for the 24 hour zine project. i'm really pleased with how its turned out. I pontificate on such light hearted topics as the beguilement of french manicure sets, my mums allotment obsession, the fun you can have with chopsticks and the 5 things Duke of edinborough taught me (electric fence any one?). Interwoven with this, hopefully humorous work, are short serious articles on Harry Potter and conventiallity is not morality.
I hope to expand my 24 hour zine idea into a 'proper' zine because I loved making it. I would also like to make a shot at mini zines.

I've only recently got into zines and have never been to a zine event before. I could imagine going to this event but because I'm in Birmingham it would all depend on finances, time, what the rest of my family are doing etc. Other tha visiting tho...
