- Yep, you can have an Etsy shop without a PayPal account. It just means that I will have to go back to borrowing my sister's credit card to pay my monthly bill, but that's what I was doing up until a month or two ago before they allowed shops to pay their bills through PP, so it's no big deal. Unfortunately, it's totally off-putting to most other Etsians to have to think about mailing a money order or cash, and that is a shame.
