a place for zinesters - writers and readers
I enjoy reading and making zines. I also volunteer at the Chicago Underground Library, where there are many local zines and other self published things.
Junk Drawer is the name of the zine I've been doing lately. It's about odds and ends that I find. All are objects that don't really have a place to belong.
It's the kind of stuff you might find in a junk drawer.
If you have any favorite junk drawer items you'd like to tell about, I'd love to hear about them.
My zines are currently available at Quimby's bookstore in Chicago, and Bluestockings bookstore in New York City.

I met some…Continue
At zine fests I've had something called Guess the Odds & Ends, which is kind of a game where you try to guess what things are. But this time, for the Milwaukee Zine Fest, I forgot all my odds & ends at home. I had to scrounge around, and fortunately I had enough other random things with me that I was able to keep the game going. …Continue
