"That's kind of soon for me. I'd love to go because I have a friend who lives in Bmore but spring is short notice.  Especially because I'm going to Chicago Zine Fest and I'll need time to save up some money."

Baltimore Zine Fest 2014

Hi all, I am new here! I live in Baltimore MD and work at a non-profit urban farm called Baltimore Free Farm. We have a newly renovated warehouse space and want to host a zine fest in the spring. We produce a diy urban agriculture zine called Pile Theory, but we don't know many other zinesters in our area, so I am trying to gauge interest in an event like this. Please contact me if you might be interested in being a part of a bmore zine fest or have any advice for us.Also if you want to check…See More

Profile Information

Pile Theory

Pile Theory is a zine produced by the Baltimore Free Farm collective. We are a non profit urban farm and community living group in the neighborhood of Hampden in Baltimore City. Our zine is about our experiences here and is filled with information on how to start a project here using the myriad resources available in a post industrial city. There are many diy articles with diagrams as well as stories, poetry, recipes and illustrations.

We have produced 2 issues so far, and hope to have a third ready for this spring. More info can be found at our fb page. Www.facebook.com/piletheory
