I mostly publish Dutch zines, chief among them is KUTGITAAR, a literary zine I make with a friend of mine.
I did make an English zine for the 24 Hour Zine thing: Amina, a zine about a girl. The first printing is all sold out. It was a hassle to make, so I made a less complicated second printing. I love to do trades. Just send me your address and we'll make it work.
I am planning to make more English zines and probably Amina is going to be a series.

So finally I have something on my main zine (Kutgitar, which is in Dutch) all of you can understand: a presentation in English.
Kutgitaar was born on the night of a literary reading. To pay for the travel expenses of one of the readers, me and Oscar Wyers put together a small zine with texts by each writer, which they sold for a few euros. The title is a reference to a story that Oscar read that night. After this first issue, we decided it would be nice to invite people they…

In a mail conversation between members of the zine-collective I'm in, Waai, we discovered that three of us we're going to be in Berlin in the same week. We agreed not to meet up, but make a zine anyway. Two of us wrote letters to each other, the other one made photo's. The letters and photo's are collected in a zine. Because I wanted the zine to reflect the fact that it we're two distinct letters, I made up this double back: …

I'm in this collective – that is no collective at all, just a bunch of friends getting together to do stuff now and then – called Waai. We were asked by a new gallery in Belgium, Entrepot Fictief, to do something for the opening weekend.
I suggested we make a live zine... everything would be drawn and written AND assembled on the day itself.
We did. A nice 28 page little booklet with poetry, drawings, short stories and photographs. A6 size, custom covers on silver paper. We…

Here's the PDF of my 24 Hour Zine: Amina - A zine about a girl. (Also see my last blog post.)
The 24 copies of the first deluxe printing are all gone, allthough I sent 4 copies to the Avocado Tree Distro. They should have them within a month and they might be available then.
Anyway, I'm making a second printing, less of a hassle to make (without two…
