Hello, hello! My name's Christina (please. Call me Tina.) and I am the editor/creator of The F-Bomb. We're a Tacoma, Wa based zine that usually runs free because I am either terribly generous or really bad at business.
We've been doing this since March '09. By "we" I mean me and a revolving door of about 25 contributors. I got inspired by 101 things in 1001 days, which prompted you to make a list of 101 things you want to accomplish in 1001 days. "Make a zine" was one of those things. Feeling a bit overwhelmed I sent out a call to arms on Myspace to all my friends, asking them if they'd like to partake. I got 24 responses. Thus, The F-Bomb was born.
We currently have three issues out now. We usually run bi-monthly, with a full cover cardstock cover and about 48 pages. I'm always down for trades, so if you'd like to, speak up! Also, always willing to make new friends, especially those with like-minds. :)
Also, I'm always down for contributions. Being far away isn't an issue. I've contributors in Florida, Montana, Washington, and Illinois. :) If you'd like to be kept in the loop on what theme we're doing next, shoot me a message and I'll let you know. :)
