Zine History
I wrote for Ear Noises, out of Minneapolis, MN in the late 80's and 1990s, under editor Tony Belcher Jr. and currently co-edit Sugar Needle with Phlox Icona. I'm a zine librarian at Multnomah County Library in Portland OR., and also helped found the small zine collection at Minneapolis Public Library...now RIP and called Hennepin County Library. Also affiliated with rare and odd publications such as Prayers for Passengers, and Boy Trouble I do seed art.

I'm always on the lookout for Japan-related stories from other people. You may want to propose something different, of course, or add some kind of twist, but you don't really have to.
