Queer Zines and Queer Zinesters

Are you a queer zinester (broadly defined, of course)? Do you write about your genderfucking, transitioning, same-and-other-gender lovin' experiences, or about queer and LBGTQ communities and cultures? If so, let's start talking about it.See More

Profile Information

Hello!

I've been interested in zines since I was about 14 years old. Living in a small town and in a small country meant that I didn't get to be very active in the zine scene at the time, though I did try to mantain a small paper zine about music and feminism. I also collaborated in a few webzines, using mostly pseudonyms I used at the time.

Right now I'm looking to get involved - to find interesting new zines to buy/trade, and to start my own, this time with more access to cheap international shipping. Possible subjects include horror, feminism, queerness and genderqueerness, and mental health. I have no idea yet, though, so suggestions are very welcome! I'm also thinking about making a poetry chapbook but I'm still trying to make up my mind.

If you'd like to start a zine with me or if you'd just like to drop me a line, feel free to message me or send me a friend request or something.

Thank you for your interest in Arcane Angles.  I still have Issue 1 in stock.  The part on cemetery dwellers is a bit shorter as there aren't a whole lot of these, but I still find it interesting.  That particular part is a little over two 8.5 x 11" pages at 10 pt. font.  The entire zine is 32 pages.  The zine is $2.  If still interested, email me at arcaneangleszine@gmail.com, and I will provide the address to mail the $2 to.
