Introduction/Bio in Zines
Currently, I am an art librarian working at a Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, where I am trying to revive our (art) zine collection.
I founded the Madison Zine Fest in Wisconsin in 2004 while I was in library school. I started up the Library Workers Zine Collection at the SLIS Library. I worked also worked with Jim Danky at the Wisconsin Historical Society.
I am among a group of ladies trying to create the NYC Zine Fest in June of 2009 at the Brooklyn Lyceum, and I am also a member of the Radical Reference NYC Collective.
