I was sitting in a not-too-comfortable clubchair outside the manager’s office in May’s department store, getting bored with waiting, the first time I saw her. She was cute, but kinda plain looking- despite the earrings nearly everywhere that a hole could be punched. I watched her the entire way as she walked down the hall towards me and on…

That's awesome that you recognized it and used to live there. =) I lived there about a year and a half and was pretty fond of it. Did you ever see when they used to sell graveflowers right on the corner the photo was taken on in that empty lot on the northeast corner of the intersection?
ALSO! I think you may have mentioned a trade, which would be awesome. What do you have? I've got: electricwindmillpress.com --> "numbers" --> issues 1, 2, & 3 of my multi-contributor literary & arts zine. =) (which, by the way, you can read for free on the site if you like! We do print editions as well having preference for hard copies ourselves, but want everyone to enjoy the content for free hence the PDF option!)
Send me a message and let me know!
