How to Publish a Fanzine

"How to Publish a Fanzine" was as far as I know, the first how-to book on how to publish a zine. It was written by Mike Gunderloy of Factsheet Five and published in 1988. While long out of print, it's pretty easy to find a used copy via Amazon.
