Share 'Richmond Zine Fest travel plans/lodging?'

Hey guys, i'm in the midst of trying to get stuff together for the trip to RVA-zine fest in November...i am wondering if its a good idea for Philly people to group up and share a hotel room? or find a place to crash somehow..i dont know whom to talk to really and there isnt much activity on the zine fest forum on their website. there is couchsurfing.com but i'd rather see if other people around…
