Share 'workshop advice?'

heyy buddies, i'm here in western Massachusetts, trying to get in touch with a couple of youth advocacy groups to see if they'd be interested in participating in a zine workshop i would like to facilitate. has anyone ever organized a workshop before? any advice/insight/wisdom? thanks and stay warm! xoxox a.
