Share 'cannot mail internationally from automated post box'

hey everyone just wondering if anyone knew that you can no longer mail packages (i guess this is what a zine is) when mailing from the automatic machine at the post office if you are mailing internationally... i had no idea about this and am wondering when/why it changed?? i went to mail some zines internationally today and found out you can only mail to the states with that box...wtf?
