The letter L got cut off because I am an amateur and kind of cheap. With the camera I had there were no safe places I could stand and get the whole phrase, my apologies but the photo turned out quite well despite that. This gets most of the graffiti, the fence, and the house that has been fenced off so it turned out to be a good compromise.
