Get A Grip is a mental health perzine on travelling Aotearoa/New Zealand as a queer feminist with depression and anxiety. I write about topics raging from consensual sex, comparing radical communities, surviving childhood sexual abuse, unemployment, anti-violence, social awkwardness, and cunt-like volcanoes. I write pretty raw so some of the topics may be triggering. Made in Aotearoa/New Zealand in 2010.
