By way of introduction, my name is WP Tandy, and I am editor of Eight-Stone Press, a Baltimore, Maryland-based zine imprint. Although I've published a handful of one-shots, the mainstay is Smile, Hon, You're in Baltimore!, and its attendant "theme" issues.
