I'm running a zine table at 'A Fashionable A'Fayre' tomorrow - a new indie & craft mini market at LePub, Newport. Open from 12-5 with a DJ, open bar, vegan cookies from Mixed Up Mongrel and vintage & handmade goodies from Tinker's Infinity, Dirty Goods, Motel and many more. Free entry!

From a city in which art and creativity amount to little more than tumbleweed, comes Buys You Chips (and shags you don' I?); a pigeon-encrusted, collaborative zine of photography, biography, poetry and observation inspired by life in Newport. Available now from Diverse Records on Charles Street for less than the cost of a dirty burger and a bottle of pop.

More info here and sneak peeks here.

Does anyone know where a person can get their zine photocopied? I live in Aberystwyth which has no "high street printers" at all. None! Apart from paperway, which only really photocopy a page at a time. There is the university but you have to be a student, now that they've taken the photocopier out of the student shop. Bah! My husband is going to print my first zine for me at the place where he works. But he's moving on to work at the Home Office in a couple of weeks, for a year. And I doubt they'd be very happy about him using their copiers there!

As far as I can tell, the nearest copier is in Machynllyth. Anyone know of anywhere else? Please? Diolch!

Anyone get a kick out of the abandoned industrial places? Some very rusted alice-in-wonderland feeling environments.
