Hi everyone!

I've got a comic/perzine available for trade or sale on Etsy. BLACK HOLE BRAINS #2 is 16 pages of crazy stories, ridiculous doodles and random thoughts. Zine is 1/4 size, B&W with color cover.

Message me for trade, or check it out on my Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/listing/76786149/black-hole-brains-issue-2-comi...

you’ve got a friend in pennsylvania #5 is now finished!

having worked at in a warehouse for the past month and a half, i’ve spent a lot of time within a “boys’ club” environment. daily struggles with hearing racist and sexist bullshit and making attempts to challenge the mindsets of those around me have left me defensive and drained. this zine, done in 24-ish hours for the dc zine fest, is about resisting militant masculinity on the job, learning how to more effectively call out shitty behavior, and how i have created a safer space for myself (and hopefully some others) at work. b&w, 1/4 size, 20 pages. includes original photography by yours truly! $1 or trade. if interested, please send me a message or e-mail youvegotafriendinpa(at)gmail(dot)com.

I have one English zine available for trade. And I love trades more than sales (who doesn't?)... So if anyone's interested...

Amina is a zine about a girl. It's purely fictional and includes drawings, poetry and very short stories. It's one big story actually. Quarter size (A6), 24 pages, stapled with love. And staples.

I have 2 mini zines for trade:)

My first zine What is love? (...baby don't hurt me, no more.)

Which is an 8 page mini zine with collections of people's perceptions of love and a few "Notes to future girlfriends" with a few polls thrown in.

I also have my 2nd zine 101 Songs You HAVE To Hear.

Which includes 101 songs in no particular order you MUST hear. Wide variety of genres.

Pictures are on my Etsy.

I have a new mini zine for trade:

Always:

-My newest mini zine called 'Always'. Kind of a mix between perzine and fanzine about the Harry Potter series. Quote, How, When?, (badly drawn) fanart, (bad) slash fanfiction and random. 10 pages + cover. Stapled.

See a picture of the mini zine under photos on my profile.

my new perzine, reimagining queer community, is finished!

reimagining queer community is a personal investigation into my evolving relationship to queerness, as well as some of the ways in which i navigate queer spaces around me. some of the topics in this zine include: alienation and estrangement from the queer community, what it means to feel connected, the myth of a cohesive queer community, being a spectator versus being a participant, (personal and shared) queer histories, and potential strategies to build new alliances.

this was my first attempt at making a twenty four hour zine (it wound up taking three days due to work/life interruptions, but who’s counting?) it is 20 pages, 1/4 sized and text heavy. i am asking for $1 or a trade. if you are interested, please email uniunverse@gmail.com.
