My zine "Secret Transmissions" pulls together a bunch of different themes but SF/Fantasy is in there for sure.

I'm doing a zine-a-thon at the upcoming ICON 40 and would love to have as many recent SF zines as possible to share. I'm happy to pay for zines and/or postage, or trade. We will be putting out an old school ditto zine during the con. email me at anarchosf@riseup.net for more details!!

Greetings, SciFi zinesters- I'm cranking up for volume 2 of AnarchoSF, and looking for stories, essays and art that pertain to a vision of a stateless society- utopian, dystopian or otherwise. Anyone interested in contributing? email me at anarchosf@riseup.net

Do you have a preferred format for submissions? Word, .pdf (can you take Scribus files)?

And are you planning to make the 'zine half letter size?

Thanks! :^)

Just ordered a copy of The Runaway Robot through a certain Famous Online Bookseller.

If you're still taking recs, Sarah, I really love Russell Hoban's Riddley Walker, Ursula Le Guin's The Lathe of Heaven, Kazuo Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go, and David Langford and Brian Stableford's The Third Millennium. (And, if comics are your thing, Alan Moore and Ian Gibson's The Ballad of Halo Jones is pretty great too.)

Science Fiction Book Club Zine: Everyone reads the same book and discusses it by making a zine contribution. The Book is: The Runaway Robot by Lester Del Rey. Due: 15 Sept 2015

I've decided that 2015 is the year that I read Sci Fi. I've been loving everything Heinlein so far (even his fantasy stuff). I'll take any recommendations people have! (I plan on writing short reviews and typing up a tri-fold pamphlet if anyone wants that.. It'll be out end of March..)
