No Good People now available from Jet Black Press

No Good People is a collaborative zine by both Lauren Lowery and Douglas Eberhardt. The bulk of the material that lies within - photographs, writings, illustrations - were created in the summer of 2013 while living and working in Wassaic, NY. The content is about a variety of subjects, including but not limited to: traveling by bus and by train, bicycling in rural areas, post-college blues, nostalgia, unemployment, employment, and more.

This listing is for the color edition of the zine, limited to 20 copies. Each zine comes with three different poster inserts, each 8 1/2" x 11" when unfolded, all hand drawn and screenprinted by Douglas Eberhardt. Each zine is also hand bound with string and features a screen printed French Paper cover. The zine is half size and measures 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". It is 56 pages long.

Hi guys! I've been out of the zine scene for a while now, actually I've been out of the writing scene in general. Now I'm starting to find my way back, though I'm not ready to tackle a new zine yet, but I'd love to write again, my preffered method being snail mail! Does anyone penpal anymore ? mail-art, perzine, feminism, health , bodypositive,LGBT,  culture, art, music, movies, .... anything goes. Oh yes I AM located in Belgium so international you will have to calculate if it's worth the postage price! Can be a one time letter back and forth or a long writing relationship!

Hey friends! I recently posted a blog post about my zine and my connection to the zine community. I also put a bunch of my zines up on my etsy shop. I'd love it if you could check them out! <3

The latest issue of my perzine, the Ken Chronicles (#31, May, 2014), was released just in time for the Brooklyn Zine Fest where I had a great time meeting some fine folks. Now available for $3 (postpaid to USA) or trade (what have you got?), it's 24 digest-sized pages (plus cover wrap) of non-fiction stories, photography, reviews, and other assorted oddities.
