Comment by Michael Cuthbertson on March 19, 2013 at 10:25pm Read The MC Press #6: Now featuring five writers from New Zealand, USA and Canada, in 32 colour pages. This zine tells the story of the lives of a wide variety of countercultural thinkers (plus it has movie, music, book and technology reviews!) check it out, if you please.

I have two new zines available for purchase or trade. Leave me a message if you would like to set something up!
Pieces #8: On Twelve Years of Running
Perzine 1/4 size : 64 pages
Snapshots of the last twelve years in which I avoid therapy and medication for fear of stigma, start intermittent therapy, and finally--twelve years later--begin continual therapy and start medication . This zine is a narrative of the constant battle of wanting help but working hard to appear as normal.
A Visitor in Myself #1
Perzine 1/4 size : 30 pages
A stream of consciousness zine that is reflective of my BPD traits and the gratitude I have for those who have stuck with me over the years.
v1.4: Winter issue of "& Octopus" zine. This small, illustrated and handwritten zine is brewed with toe of thought, tails of whimsy, and eye of nostalgia. It's a lighthearted publication with personal anecdotes about childhood nostalgia, everyday moments, quirky doodles, among other things.
::FEATURED in this issue::
+ Winter Annoyances
+ Cheesy Songs (that I love)
+ Life Road Map
+ Tarot Forecast
+ More personal anecdotes like in previous issues
::SPECS::
+ 5.5" x 4.25" or 14 cm x 10.5 cm (1/4 page size)
+ Hand detailed and colored cover on 67lb coverstock
+ Illustrated black and white pages
+ 16 full inside pages (8 pages printed front and back)
+ Hand-bound spine in string
+ Printed from an inkjet printer
Get a copy through my Etsy: windowfog.etsy.com or or send me an e-mail: windowfog [[[at]]] gmail [[dot]] com.
Officially announcing TWILIGHT WORLD #14, the continuing adventures of a haphazard perzine by me. For this issue, Kjartan Arnorsson (a. k. a. Karno) provides an exciting night out in Tucson on the special color cover! Inside, there’s a rare old Shmuck-O Rat strip disguised as an art jam which is also disguised as some Cheech & Chong inspired strip. Then there’s part two of my Don-O’s Zine Hall ‘O Fame with JUST enough room to review a couple of zines.
If you want, buy or trade for a copy, e-mail me at oddlystupid@yahoo.com or send $2 or trade to:
Don Fields
266 Ramona Ave.
Grover Beach, CA
93433
Sorry, no prisoners trades or sales.
Comment by Larissa on January 17, 2013 at 10:57pm This is a 16 page A5 colour zine made by me. It contains my favourite quotes, photos and writing from my journals. This zine is said to quite inspiring.....this zine would make a great pick me up...it only takes a moment to read but the words will stay with you for much longer. I would love to trade the happiness handbook for any type of zine , I LOVE trades! :) email me at larissa.maye19@gmail.com if you would like to trade
Comment by Ken Bausert on January 14, 2013 at 10:16pm The latest issue of my perzine, the Ken Chronicles (#26, Feb., 2013) has just been completed. At 32 digest-sized pages (plus cover wrap) it's my biggest issue ever. The bulk of it is devoted to a three week trip we made to London, Paris, Amsterdam & several places in Germany. During our last week there we hooked up with some of my relatives that I had never met before (located them during my genealogy research). Some LOCs, a story on the oak tree that flattened our garage during Superstorm Sandy, and some video/book/zine reviews round out this issue.
$2 each, including domestic postage, but I'm always interested in trades so let me know what you've got.
Comment by Larissa on December 19, 2012 at 2:38pm okay so im creating a zine called "life despite life" and my first issue is going to be about ways to relieve stress, blue thinking,and ways to cope with life, like happiness tricks.
So have you got a really good way to beat stress? have you got any good ways to beat the blues? have you got any inspirational quotes? im looking for tips and stories you might want to share. maybe even some art or comics. reply to this discussion or email me anything to larissa.maye19@gmail.com
any contributions will be much appreciated! :)

My latest zine is up in my Etsy shop and I will have it at the Chicago Zine Fest as well. It's about how I got TESOL certified, taught English in two villages in China, learned about non-western toilets, and some tips for traveling and things you need to know before you go.
