Some things that pump my heart: Crafting, Crochet, Creating Zines, Culture-jamming, vinyl-listening, thrift store adventures, long car rides, picnics, writing poetry and short stories, drawing, photography (I use my old film camera often), Zombies.

Hi, my name is Joan and I'm new here.  I haven't done much penpalling lately, but would love to get back into it.  I've mostly been doing emails.  My daughter has a penpal group on Yahoo for about 7yrs., with around 460 members.  If anyone would be interested in her group, let me know. 

I use to publish newsletters, and I'm thinking about using some of the info from my newsletters to create zines.  I have many topics I can cover in them.  It should be fun and interesting.  I also make greeting cards, sew, crochet, and do pen & ink drawing, and arts & crafts.
