We Make Zines

a place for zinesters - writers and readers

Hi there,
There are mountain bothies in my bit of the world. Free huts and cottages where the door is never closed, and if you're out in the hills you can sleep and get a fire going in them.

So I made a zine about a tour of some of these, and I'll happily post it if anyone gives me an address. I have a general intention of doing further bothy zines about other areas too (northernmost bit of england done, southernmost bit of scotland next).

Cool! Heck, I'd be glad to read and review your zine on my OYB site. If internat'l postage is a snag, I understand. If not, I'm game!

I didn't know what a bothy was but I got the gist from your post. I confirmed it and learned a bit more via Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bothy.

I'm a Bothy kinda guy myself. And I live in an anti-Bothy paradigm/nation/state/county.

My zine/site occasionally acknowledges and explores the stress that results from such a conflict as well as the hope for various ways out.

My address:
