Comment by Alex (aka A. Hays) on Sunday Hi folks! I finally finished issue five of my zine, Alex. I'm a Brooklyn zinester, and happy for both trades and coffee meet-ups. Here is my website for a look at what I do: http://www.sleepingcreatures.com/alex.html . I'm terrible at replying through this site, so this is better if you want to trade: alexgenderzine(at)gmail.com
Comment by Mel W. on June 25, 2012 at 5:21pm Cadillac Girl issue 3 is finally done. I'm very excited about it and all I have to do is hit the copier. The website is updated on all the info on the new issue http://cadillacgirlzine.webs.com. I will keep everyone informed when I have my copies ready. Hitting Staples up on thurs lol. Submitted the zine to a couple distros today, so hopefully it will get picked up.
Comment by Andie Glik on June 15, 2012 at 2:09pm The first issue of my zine The Woman Question is currently on sale at Bluestockings, OR I can mail you a copy! The zine is about applying feminist theory to history, the media, and beauty ideals. The issue talks about the flaws of TV shows Girls/ Sex and the City, beauty ideals within certain minority communities and how they intersect, how to cope with body image issues as a feminist, how intersectionality is the coolest thing ever, how Frida Kahlo is a feminist and womanist, and much much more! Email me at glika074@newschool.edu if you want to trade zines or want a free copy sent to you!
Comment by twenty-four hours on May 7, 2012 at 6:25am Hey NYC zinesters! I am trying to get a conversation going here, about the after-effects of 9/11 and specifically health effects. I just did a great interview with George Tabb (MRR, Furious George, etc...), and wanted to know what you guys thought. Read and respond?

Comment by Erika Harada on April 28, 2012 at 10:45pm Hello!
There's two new art zines up on my Etsy --
Fur, Hide, and Bone, about the collecting of dead animal parts, and Tragopan Urban Naturalist Club, about the chronicles of 3 urbanite amateur naturalist/artists.
Do check them out!
Comment by Mel W. on April 20, 2012 at 5:44pm After a six year break Cadillac Girl zine is starting up again. Cadillac Girl is a perzine I started in 2004, and I'm currently working on issue 3. Read more about the zine and contribute http://cadillacgirlzine.webs.com/
