hi i am not sure if people still check this site regularly, but i am looking for people who would like to collaborate on unique art and lit zines. more info in the discussion. the idea is bringing back the old school mailart-like zines that are each unique. :D im tryign to find pictures to show you guys what im trying to do but... i am still to lazy to get up and peruse the library right now. lol. anyways, email me at i_reply@live.com or reply to the discussion if you're interested :D

My zine Potential Mode #1 is available now via trade or sale. It's 24 pages, b/w, and features comics, art, and fiction... it's my first attempt at a zine; I hope people like it.

The Poopsheet Foundation will be at STAPLE! in Austin on March 6th with over 3,000 mini-comics and zines from the late '70s up to now.

Come see us at Table 50 which we'll be sharing with zinester Alan Rankin.

Any orders from the Poopsheet Shop between now and March 4th can be delivered at the show to save shipping costs!

There is probably a thread for shameless self promotion but I can't find it so I will plug my own stuff here. My comic Sundogs is rounding its third year and I have drastically changed the format. It will still appear in print format, but for those who can't posts are regularly updated on the internet too! Please have a look!

I just joined this group because I found an interesting page today and wanted to share with someone who might benefit from it. I haven't drawn a comic since 4th grade, but sometimes I have illusions that in another life I might be a comic artist. Anyway, I was looking for panel templates to print out for my kids because I also have illusions (or possibly I can actually see into the future) that one of them may become a comic artist. So I found this link about comic panels that always work. Perhaps some of you have seen it. I think it looks really helpful. Wally Wood's 22 Panels That Always Work. Anyhow, there you go.
