I'll say the 8th, I very much doubt that'll clash with anything.

And we're tying this down to Brum, are we?

Yeah, the 8th would be pretty perfect for me; it's the day after I hand everything in :D

So either Saturday the 24th of April (in two and a half weeks).
Or Saturday the 8th of May (my schedule for May after that is completely full).

What do people think would be best?

Well yeah, or before then. As long as it's not the weekend leading up to my final week, which iiiiiis...1st and 2nd May, then I should be fine :)
And I'm absolutely loving our group's new pic! Nice one Matthew :D

I will check my schedule and see what weekends I am available.
In the mean time I finished my zine about YouTube I told the people at the Nottingham meetup about.

A month and a bit then? I have no plans forthe rest of my life, so I'm not fussed.

Haha, sunny? In Birmingham? In April..!? :) but yeah, Ray I guess you'd know more places than me..? The Ikon would be pretty cool yeah, but all that 'Modern' modern art? Eww... :D
And yeah, any thoughts on time-scale yet? A months time will be around hand-in for this semester for me, so I'm bound to be awkward about things hehe.

I think play-pits are out in the suburbs, in fact I *know* there area few around here.

I was thinking maybe The Coffee Lounge on Station St, or perhaps the cafe at Ikon Gallery. or maybe a Spoons pub. Or wait, if it;s Sunny we could go the the Flapper and sit by the canal! woo!

On the contrary, I think a 'child friendly' meet would be great. Is there anywhere with some slides and a ball pool? I could go for that.

I'm free most of the time- just not saturday mornings. And I think i'll just mention theres a group meeting that I want to go to and leave it at that - my parents are fairly good about letting me do what I want. Unfortunately I am not tall (5'1 in fact :D) so I don't think I'll get away with a pub - or maybe if i just mill in with everyone else going in. Please don't feel at all obliged to make the meet up 'child friendly'.
