Hmm I guess so...
I've only ever used the tube once before, a long time ago; does anyone have any advice on fares n that? Is it worth getting one of those Oyster Card things?

I have alsorealised that Saturday is my Brother-in-law's birthday.I think I'm meant to be somewhere (other than the zine symposium) but I'm not sure where or when :-/

Matey, you'd be doing me a favour by scrounging, so the offer is on the table :) although, not for long as I need to book tickets like tomorrow.
I'm surprised no one bought up the 'blog-on-paper' explanation for a zine, but that would require them to know what a blog is...

Re: trains. Yea, I got it wrong. It's Chiltern that goes from Snow Hill. Doesn't anybody else HATE Marylebone?

Lee: That's really a kind offer, but I wouldn't feel right scrounging off you. Maybe NEXT year will FINALLY be the year Imake it along (I'm sure Iwon;t make it along.

I did offer to show her some. I was like 'I have a ton of them in my room right now..wanna look?'. She didn't seem particularly bothered. :P
She only asked because I said I wanted to go to Leeds for a zine fair with Hannah-Mary.

Zines are "sort of self-published magazines, about anything, usually photocopied" and then I gesture a book with my hands!

The one from snow hill might go to Maryleborne but I think there's a train from New Street that goes to Euston Station ;)

Woo...you're both right.

I'm not going. I'm flat broke and my mum wouldn't let me dash down to London. I had great fun trying to explain a zine to her.

I think my explanation was 'it's like this thing and you write it and it's like....yeah...it's a thing...' Needless to say, she learnt a lot from my explanation.

I'm going to London Zine Symposium and tabling!
Leaving Nottingham on the 6.28am train (direct to London) and leaving London (direct back to Nottingham) at 7.30pm.
