come along and learn about the wonderful world of zine making & self publishing. zinesters tukru (your pretty face is going straight to hell) and emma (fanzine ynfytyn) will give you a lowdown on zine making, answer your questions and help you make your own mini zine and/or a workshop compilation zine!
they will also read from their zines + some of their personal favourites.

zine reading will be free to attend, but the workshop has a sliding scale of £2 - £5 suggested donation ON THE DAY for materials + space hire, however booking a space is free.

unfortunately the space isn't currently wheelchair accessible, but if you have accessibility needs and are interest please let us know and we'll see if we can arrange an accessible place for the next workshop (if there is one)

Issue 2 of "If Things Don't Alter They'll Stay As They Are" is ready now. It's better than the first I reckon, more to read. I write about men thinking it's ok to grope women on a night out, my expereiences of counselling, having children or not.

It's half size, 20 pages, B&W.

It's £1 with a SAE or better still trades for zines or other wonderful things.

Hello

I've been away from Zines for a very long time and have just come back to it. I'm just printed (photocopied) the first issue of my new zine called "If Things Don't Alter They'll Stay As They Are'. In issue one is a 20 page half size zine, in it I ramble about my father (who has aspergers), family, drinking, sharing a bed with your partner and turning 30.

£1.00 with a S.A.E am happy to trade for zines or other stuff :)
