Comment by fishspit on November 13, 2012 at 2:53pm I been writing this zine since 1984. Early issues are punk rock record reviews and silliness. Now I'm up to issue #57. I'll trade or send or whatever. BUT KNOW! It's not a very pleasant zine! ha ha . . . lots of violence, jail stays, psyche wards, but it's funny too. inspired by the writing of celine.
I like zines from opposing view points. My zine is a bit right wing, but i prefer to read other people's views: feminist, socialist, liberal, etc. But I'm looking for more opinion and idea than fact. I like weird zines. music zines about punk, rock a billy, and psychedelia i really dig. I'm not looking for hodge podge zines or intellectual zines. But i'm open . . . i'll send you a bunch of mine for free. no problem. I love this site. You guys are awesome. Send your address to me or here's mine: Wiseblood, c/o Fishspit, 1304 175th PL. N.E., Bellevue, WA, 98008. Take care! thanks.

Comment by Lauren Malamed on November 4, 2012 at 4:48pm I have a zine here that didn't receive much recognition at Philly Zine Fest, but that I think is pretty cool.
This is a fucked up nightmare that I had, that I decided to write out. It includes little ms paint floorplans of the house that the nightmare revolved around.
Email me at LMALAMED@BRYNMAWR.EDU if you like the sound of this one!
I will trade for anything, really.

Different Shades of normal is now in it's first issue.
It's 50 pages long and handwritten.
Topics include: mental illness (schizophrenia), self-destruction, etc. This zine's central focus is Love-whether Loving another or relearning to Love one self again.
Email me at sandra_reiki_@hotmail.com . Love to trade :)

Comment by Deirdree Prudence on October 25, 2012 at 1:32pm The first three issues of the Pocket Readers series are up for grabs!
1. Where Will It End? A Joy Division Pocket Reader ~ The story of Ian Curtis & the Manchester UK band that ignited the post-punk sound, Joy Division.
2. The Choom Gang: A Barack Obama Pocket Reader ~ The story of the teenaged pot smoking, idealistic Barry Obama in Hawaii & the Blue Oyster Cult.
3. We Must Bleed: A Germs Pocket Reader ~ The story of Darby Crash & the short-lived yet crazily influential Los Angeles punk band of the late '70s, The Germs.
Each issue is an 1/8 mini zine, 16 pages, b&w & radically hip. ♥
Choose one or choose all three!
