I realised there wasn't a group on WMZ specific to zine trades so I wanted to get something in place so that people can pool together their interest in trading.

Thanks for making this the biggest group on We Make Zines!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone seems to post a new thread in the forum when they want to share their zines but why not just come to one group where you know people are going to be receptive when you want to share with them!

TO GET STARTED, ADD A COMMENT INCLUDING A ONE-LINER ABOUT YOUR ZINE FOR TRADE AND A ONE-LINER ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE AFTER IN THE TRADE (IF YOU'RE FEELING SPECIFIC)....

28 Things To Do With Hair Gel (my first zine) is available for trade. It's a 32 page quarter-size, supposed to be funny black & white.

If interested you can contact me at theunrememberedone@yahoo.com

The second issue of Carrots and Condoms is finished. This issue is about dealing with abuse and mental illness in my family while trying to find sanity in an insane world. Hand illustrated pen-and-ink/watercolor drawings with color cover.

Have a really fancy zine or small book you want to trade? Interested in elaborate paeans to footwear? I'm looking to move some copies of my 16-page quarter-size zine SHOE, but it's a little more involved than your typical offering: color illustrations, metallic cover, handsewn binding, etc. I'd like, therefore, to get something with a similar amount of time and care put into it in return. I'm not picky about the subject -- I'll read (an enjoy) pretty much anything.

Issue #9 of my perzine FEELS LIKE FRIDAY is finiiiiished and there are lots of copies that should be sent around the world before they get sad sitting in a box.

This issue, like most others, is filled with random thoughts that have crossed my mind in recent times. Unlike previous zines, it is not very text-heavy but the pages look pretty sweet, I must say; I spent a long time cutting & pasting. The focal point of this issue is the writing I did when I took acid for the first time. The rest is about boys, a little on national identity, writing, changing, etc.

I'd love to trade, especially for other perzines!

i'm up for trading! My zine is called Sapphire Tiger, from a perzine, queer-femme perspective, and a focus on my travels through Canada and the US, a few music reviews and some art and collage :) i'm in Melbourne, Australia and would like to trade for a grrl perzine or something fun to read and unusual!

Hey everybody,

Don't know if my trade would be fair. My magazine, Absurdist Monthly Review, is in PDF format. Haha. But everyone is invited to stop by and download a copy, if they like. http://amr.obook.org - It's a zine specifically for writers.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am looking for trades with my most recent zine, Introvert #6.

Introvert #6 is a 1/4 sized 32page perzine about dealing with the death of my nephew to SIDS. I go over the grieving process i have faced, supporting my family, and fears for my future.

I am mostly interested in other perzines or political zines and things of that nature. Send me a message on here or email nicole.introvert@gmail.com for questions.

I've got a zine for trade that I compiled a year or two ago titled "I send my love".

It's got some poetry (diane de prima and pablo neruda), some tips on consensus decision making and giving constructive feedback, some work that partners can do together, and lots of other odds, ends, and radical quotes throughout. My attempt was to implicitly suggest that folks should take their activist ideals and translate them to all other parts of their lives and how they relate to their friends, comrades and lovers. However, many folks have called it disjointed so perhaps I should have spelled it out for people... Whatever, I'm not into spoonfeeding my audience.

I also have the spring 2002 edit/update of my old zine "Don't Back Down" for trade. The PDF of the old copy is here: http://zinelibrary.info/dont-back-down

As with all my stuff, please copy and distribute!

I am always looking for how-to manuals, anti-oppressive materials, activist/anarchist/feminist zines and whatnot.

I'm not interested in zines about women's reproductive health, your love for riotgrrrl, or neo-primitivism/insurrectionarism... those topics have been played out, no? I'm not interested in perzines or comics either. Don't mean for this to be super negative or rude, I'm just looking for what I'm looking for, youknow?

Love, support, and solidarity!
