Let's Trade Zines!

This is a group designed specifically for trading your zine for someone elses. Post a decription of your zine or contact some people in the group directly!

Members: 593
Latest Activity: on Monday

I realised there wasn't a group on WMZ specific to zine trades so I wanted to get something in place so that people can pool together their interest in trading.

Thanks for making this the biggest group on We Make Zines!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone seems to post a new thread in the forum when they want to share their zines but why not just come to one group where you know people are going to be receptive when you want to share with them!

TO GET STARTED, ADD A COMMENT INCLUDING A ONE-LINER ABOUT YOUR ZINE FOR TRADE AND A ONE-LINER ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE AFTER IN THE TRADE (IF YOU'RE FEELING SPECIFIC)....

Hey trading folks! I do still want to trade! I do! I do! But I am about to move to Portland, OR, and it's probably best if I don't get into any trades until I have an address there (my own address I mean, and not just the address of my friend who is letting me get my final bill statements at her place). So please don't send any unsolicited trades right now. Contact me first, or wait until I post my new post office box.

This issue is made up of writing on lots of themes, including nationality/identity/self, image/appearance, visiting Melbourne, reflecting on Sydney, feminism, contradictions, boys, confusion, death and discovery.

I have three new zines ready!

You can see details and / or buy with paypal at rebelgrrlzine.co.uk or contact me on here if you are interested in trading, or just send trades (for similar) to me at

Basically, the three zines are:
Rebel Grrl Zine: The Survive Issue
This is a feminist zine aimed at survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence. It is mainly aimed at women and girls, and is a 24 page A5 size zine, photocopied.

How to Write a Zine or THE ART OF PROCRASTINATION
This is ostensibly about the process of creating a zine, but is really all about procrastination - its joys and frustrations, and contains various procrastination tools and ideas within :)
This was written for the 24 hour zine project. It is a 24 page A6 zine, photocopied.

50:50 Zine #1
Double sided A4 page, 50 things I love on one side, 50 things I hate on the other. Simple as!

Photos to follow when I find my USB cable.

Tears in my Schooner: a guide on depressive aural indulgence is my first zine. It is a zine about depression, dealing with your emotions and using music to indulge. It's a A5 zine that comes with a Audio CD. More than willing to trade, or send you a copy for postage and construction costs ($3)

All Things Ordinary #1 is out now! This is a personal zine about the last month i spent in Buffalo, NY (where i have lived all 27 years of my life) before i moved to Portland, OR (where i've been living for the past 4 months). It mostly consists of reflections on my time in Buffalo, thoughts about what lies ahead of me in Portland (i had never visited Portland before i moved here), and things that happened to me during my last month living in Buffalo. It is 24 pages and quarter sized.

I love trading zines and would prefer that, but if you don't want to/can't trade it is $3.00ppd. My paypal address is derekneuland@gmail.com.

send zine trades or $3.00 well hidden cash/money order to:

Hello Everyone!

I am happy to say that Issue One of my zine, Kaleidoscope Eyes has been finished! Issue One is a bit of an introduction issue, it's got some fortune cookie wisdom, advice from Myrtle the Turtle, and a small part of my experiences in my first year of college. If you'd like to trade, you can get ahold of me at thesekaleidoscopeeyes@gmail.com
Thanks, Ailee
