This is a group designed specifically for trading your zine for someone elses. Post a decription of your zine or contact some people in the group directly!

I realised there wasn't a group on WMZ specific to zine trades so I wanted to get something in place so that people can pool together their interest in trading.

Thanks for making this the biggest group on We Make Zines!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone seems to post a new thread in the forum when they want to share their zines but why not just come to one group where you know people are going to be receptive when you want to share with them!

TO GET STARTED, ADD A COMMENT INCLUDING A ONE-LINER ABOUT YOUR ZINE FOR TRADE AND A ONE-LINER ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE AFTER IN THE TRADE (IF YOU'RE FEELING SPECIFIC)....

Hey I've been inactive for a while and I know I've commented here before but now that I've got a new schedule and more time I'm ready to do some hardcore trading.

I've got my zine, Bear With A Chainsaw issue 2 up for trade. It's a zine about monsters and it's also got some robot drawings thrown in for good measure. 20 pages and half sized.

The new issue of Reclusive Obscenities is now available. It's a 30 page quarter zine where I discuss my love of zines. Why they’re important to me, why I create them, how they helped me find feminism, learn to cope with my anxiety better, and more.

More information (and more zines) available here

Hello peoples,

We've just launched issue #2 of our zine 'Making it look Accidental.'
We're an underground satirical Art/culture Zine, we interview artists and review exhibitions, Sometimes seriously, sometimes not so much. We also include comics, art, articles, pictures of robots, pigeons, street crocodiles..etc.
ANYWAY, to raise awareness of zines as a medium in our town, we'll be doing some cheap black and white copies of our zine (its usually in colour with a glossy cover) and leaving them all over the place (buses, pubs, parks etc)
We'd like you all to have some too, to read or to leave in pubs and places near you.
We'll swap them for any zines you've made, or anything you'd like to swap. Maybe a nice drawing of a kitten or something.
Let me know on here if you're interested or email me at
maybe.charlotte@hotmail.co.uk

Visit our fan page for more info on our zine:

I just finished my new zine Tuck Turn: Adventures in Lindy Hopping.

It's about how I got into lindy hop, and the countries and continents where I've gone lindy hopping since then. It features a piece on what lindy hop actually is (swing dancing), a map, and a pull out mini guide to lindy hop music and movies.

I also have some of my other zines available for trade, including a fable, a bicycle trip to Portland for the 2009 Zine Symposium, a collection of a bunch of random stuff, a ghost story, an account of the first Midlands Zine Meetup, and the last ten videos I watched on YouTube. There's more info about them on my page.

Let me know if you're interested in trading for any of them!
