Comment by Novadon Moon on October 19, 2012 at 5:01pm The second and last (at least for a while, whilst we work on a bigger one-off project) issue of Vacant Minds. Like the last issue it’s an anything and everything zine.
It’s free - if you want a copy just message us or email vacantmindszine@gmail.com
Or if anyone wants to trade?
Black and white - 16 pages.
Mainly art and doodles
Comment by Kale on October 18, 2012 at 2:56pm I just finished putting together a zine that was two years(!) in the making:
Nashville Transit is about riding public transit during the early months of my transition. I basically journal-ed my experiences with street harassment and then typed them out, with very little edits/commentary. I also talk about the importance of public space and who has power in public spaces. 1/2 size zine with cardstock cover, cut and paste style, mostly text. Please get at me if you'd like to trade or wholesale: nervous.nelly.records@gmail.com or http://nervousnelly.storenvy.com/products/638932-nashville-transit-...

I haven't done any trades in a while and I miss that good olde snail mail plus viewing some rad zines new to my eyes. Staircase Wit #4 is my most purchased zine so that's why I decided to post a photo of it here although my other zines are up for grabs as well. It's a how-to guide to lucid dreaming, quarter size 16 pg. I love those perzines, comic zines, feminism zines, posiey body image zines, and anything odd or weird (probs interested in yours too!).
throw me a line if you're down fer a trade @
staircasewitzine@gmail.com
until next time-
Laura Lane.
p.s. more photos of my zine are available on my profile.

Comment by Ken Bausert on October 15, 2012 at 9:10pm Just finished my latest Ken Chronicles (#25). Features a surprise birthday party road trip to D.C., a story about things going wrong (and getting fixed), reviews of books, music & movies, street performer Dan Stevens, some photography, and other stuff. Digest-size, 20 pages plus cover wrap, $2 a copy but I'm always looking to trade for similar sized perzines or travel zines, or what-have-you?

My zine is called Wiseblood. It started in 1984 and was a punk rock 'zine. Now it's full of misfit lit. I'm up to #57! I love trading! I love reading other people's zines no matter what the content.
