In a few words, it's a fiction zine with 5 greasy stories of stabwounds and psychotic maniacs.

Not licking your fingers yet? Well here's the whole drill :

 

"Le Stoner's Digest is a new fiction zine written by two french dudes ( with some help from Displaced Snail's very own J. Carlough!). It is sleazy, violent, fun, what can i say, it's PULP as FUCK.

First issue is about big knives and psycho killers, and you should not let your kids read it. I mean, seriously, why would you give them some cheap-ass zine when they could be entertaining themselves with Cosmopolitan or some cool mag with high-end cars and big boobs?

Contains 5 profanity-littered original stories, and plenty of illustrations. 32 A5 pages of gorgeous 120g paper, with a manly 200g cover, and the supplement is a short story by Phillibert Mossberg printed on that awesome but weirdly formatted paper i once found in the street in Paris. True story!"

Its my manic diary through watching horror films, mostly ones from the 80s and 90s, ones I grew up on, films from a review book my parents kept in the 80s...Always looking for reviewers, anything horror related. Enthusiastic, nice sense of humour, informal...Give me message if you want to write something!

I'm looking to table at a show next month and I was going to see if any of you are interested in having me distro your zines. I'm looking for, well, 3-5 copies of... whatever projects you're working on (that are horror/gore related). I'm fine with paying you, or you can just donate a few if you're just wanting to get your zines out there. I am both interested in writing about bad horror movies (I'm fairly well versed, just love the damn things) and would love a trade; I have a few scary story small comic zine things. Yes! Zines!

Hi everyone! I'm Devin from the podunk state of Utah and I make a zine called Bear With A Chainsaw that features drawings of monsters that I make!

I'm also interested in making a zine that just features reviews of bad horror movies. If anyone is interested in compiling for that then hit me up:)

i had an idea at work the other day that me and carl should make a little horror themed art zine for halloween etc & to celebrate vampire sushi's 1ST BIRTHDAY. and then i thought "why keep the fun all to ourselves, WE SHOULD MAKE IT A COMPILATION ZINE!"

so yes, we are looking for submissions! drawings, photographs, collages, embroidery, anything! also considering horror stories and reviews of horror films! the zine will be quarter size / a6 but your piece doesn't have to be that size necessarily, we're perfectly able to resize things on the photocopier..

the main theme is vampires (of course) but other monsters & horror creatures / themes are welcome too. anything related to twilight is not welcome, unless its taking the piss out of sparkly 'vampires'.

we'd especially love zinesters we distro to take part in this compilation.

DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 26TH 2010

Hi, Im Neil from the UK who has written the horror fanzine Necronomicon since 2001. Its on its 15th issue. It features all those forgotten about but loveable horror films of the 80s (and 70s...some 90s...some now). Its kind of like my diary through watching them all again. Its nostalgic and funny. Nice to find other people who write horror zines. Be good trading with you all!
