Im a volunteer for a women's charity called Eaves and it's a support service for those women how have experienced sexual violence and need support.

i was asked by the managers if i knew of some feminist zine makers who would be happy to either give or give cheaply zines - as there is nothing for the women to read when they arrive.

if you'd like to have your zine at eaves i'd love to hear from you. it's very much a positive charity, and open too.

Hi zine peeps!

Just heard about this event being run by my mate Marie, she's looking for zinesters to sell their wares at the Trap2 gallery launch next week... please contact me if you're up for it.

And please please forward this event to all your zining colleagues!

I am writing an article about We Make Zines for the upcoming issue of Zine World. I want to ask some folks some questions. If anyone in this group wants to participate, message me and I'll send the questions to you. Thanks!

I think because most people see feminism as this big scary thing where women just want to rise up and dominate men, not truly be equal. Many people now too think women have all their rights and being a feminist isn't necessary anymore.

why are people afraid to identify as the F word? when confronted with the definition, (belief in the social, economic, and political equality of the sexes), people are surprised to learn that their principles ARE feminist.
