I am a study abroad student from America. I am living in Amsterdam until December to study gender and sexuality. My research project is on zines and I would to know about the zine culture in the Netherlands! If anyone can help me out, that would be awesome. Plus, I could always use some more amazing friends :)

I know there's not a lot of Dutch (speaking) people around here, but I thought I'd post it here anyway. :-)

"Onbewogen", a zine written by Emma van Castricum and a lay out by me, is available for purchase. More information about the zine and how to order it, can be found in this blogpost.

Hi there! I've just started a small perzine. I'm in Spain but it's written in English. Any Spaniard around?

come along and learn about the wonderful world of zine making & self publishing. zinesters tukru (your pretty face is going straight to hell) and emma (fanzine ynfytyn) will give you a lowdown on zine making, answer your questions and help you make your own mini zine and/or a workshop compilation zine!
they will also read from their zines + some of their personal favourites.

zine reading will be free to attend, but the workshop has a sliding scale of £2 - £5 suggested donation ON THE DAY for materials + space hire, however booking a space is free.

unfortunately the space isn't currently wheelchair accessible, but if you have accessibility needs and are interest please let us know and we'll see if we can arrange an accessible place for the next workshop (if there is one)

visit www.medwayzines.tumblr.com for more info!

Multilingual Sadwrn Zine (with texts in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Welsh) is now available for free in our issuu page. It features interesting interviews with philosophers, comics authors & activists, poetry old & new, avant-garde texts, dark-humoured short stories, engaging experimental texts,... You can also download the light pdf or the full-weight zine (covers & pages) ready to print.
