Hi, my horror fanzine Necronomicon issue 18 is out now on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/shop/NecroNeil I understand some of you guys got in touch and contributed, so if thats you (I know who you are ;)) get in touch for a copy!

I wrote this fanzine through a terrible period of chronic fatigue, it was a battle but I dont think the fanzine has suffered, its interesting to see how it effects my writing.

Let me direct you over to www.itsanidealworld.com

I write the blog over there and they are VERY supportive of disabled creative people. Their magazine is still struggling, but there's a lot of different ways you can support I.D.E.A.L. and they can support you. Check them out!

Also, the second issue of The Filth is coming out at the end of April, if anyone wants to set up a trade, send me a message.

Hi, I have run a fanzine called Necronomicon for 10 years and I have just put out my 17th issue! Its about my general day to day life as I watch horror films. I have manic depression and fibromyalgia and have used writing and making the zine to get me through the highs and lows of my illness. Its a very chatty and personal fanzine at the same time as reviewing old horror films. If youre interested in writing anything (I like to encourage other disabled people to contribute and it has been a nice focus for some people writing for it) then send me a message. You can get Necro at Etsy http://www.etsy.com/shop/NecroNeil?ref=pr_shop_more

I just finished my latest zine! Get A Grip is a mental health perzine on travelling Aotearoa/New Zealand as a queer feminist with depression and anxiety. I write about topics raging from consensual sex, comparing radical communities, surviving abuse, unemployment, anti-violence, social awkwardness, and cunt-like volcanoes. I write pretty raw so some of the topics may be triggering.
If you want a copy for yourself or for your distro just drop me a line and I'll sort a way of getting it you/let's exchange! I'm also planning on being organised enough to have the zine on pdf if digital is your thing.

I am what I don't know #1

This little b&w perzine (personal zine) is mostly about me trying to negotiate my identity as a queer, hard of hearing, white, and female bodied person, but this issue is mostly about being hard of hearing. The whole zine was written and drawn by the hand of yours truly (I can assure you, my writing is entirely legible). And it’s also kinda in comic form.
Hand sewn bound with neon green thread.

Trades are always fun (email me la.ah.sur@gmail.com )

Hey, I am new to this place! My name is Rachel. I am partially deaf and have written a bit about that in the zine which i just finished writing this evening! I think I might start writing more about my hearing loss in a perzine. I would love to start trading with people who are also living with disabilities.
