Comment by Tina Armstrong on October 23, 2011 at 2:23pm The F-Bomb is looking for short stories (ficition or non), art, comics, lists, letters, or collages! Right now we have two zines in the making; one is our usual half-size, color cover. The other is a quarter-size b&w insert zine to the bigger one. The half-size's theme is going to be alternate realities. Where/who would you be if one thing had/had not happened to you or someone else?
The secrets issue is anonymous submissions. Spill your depravity, guilt, ambitions, love interests here! It is your choice if you'd like it to remain anonymous or not.
Deadline for both issues is November 1st. You can email them to me directly at thefbombzine (at) gmail.com.
Also, please specify if you'd like to receive periodic e-mails with info for contributing to future issues. Thanks so much! Hope to hear from some of you guys.

Comment by Brian Le Lay on October 3, 2011 at 4:54pm Hey! So, since you've read our second issue, you're probably wondering, "What city, state, and country is Electric Windmill Press in this week?"
Well, since you asked, we've been living out of our car in San Francisco, working temp jobs, writing, planning a trek to New Orleans, showering at campgrounds, brushing our teeth in rest-stop bathrooms, and sharing meals.
Given our limited internet access at present, we plan to release a double issue at the end of October, which'll be here before you know it.
Head on over to our Malaprop page at http://www.electricwindmillpress.com/malaprop.html, peruse our guidelines, and send us poems, stories, essays, articles, drawings, cartoons, comics, etc. Get creative! All that we require is honesty.
Thanks!
- Brian Le Lay, editor, Electric Windmill Press

Dear You: Letters to Lost Friends is a compilation zine project containing letters to people who for various reasons, are not in our lives anymore / are less significant.
It is inevitable that people who enter our lives, leave eventually. Dealing with people leaving is not easy, but it is the ways some of them leave that just make it a lot more difficult to handle. The sudden non-talking, the disinterest, the distance, death... This could be due to many reasons, major disagreements, moving away physically or emotionally, breakups, differences, changes in life circumstances, deaths and etc.
Writing letters could be a crucial part of the healing process.
oops, forgot to mention, I'm also looking for zines, films, books, comics and basically anything else to review, so if you'd like a little free publicity, drop me a line- flyingsaucerproductions@yahoo.com. thanks!
