I am making the call for help with a zine about the multi racial experience. I am based in the United States, but I invite anyone who has an interesting comment about the mixed race experience. I have some ideas about presentation and I invite you to have a chat about this work. I started a WMZ group:

Comment by Jeremiah Walton on March 3, 2013 at 8:55pm Nostrovia! Poetry is an independent press started by Jeremiah Walton his Junior year of high school in 2011. The mission hurdling this press forwards is to bring poetry to the youth, Jeremiah's generation, who negatively stereotype poetry.
Too Obscene is Nostrovia! Poetry's next publishing adventure. Too Obsceneis a zine seeking poetry and flash fiction deemed "too obscene" by other presses and publishers. This does not mean the more times you say "fuck" in your poem, the more likely it is we'll publish you. No, poetry and flash fiction with literary merit is being sought. This zine was inspired by the trials centering around Allen Ginsberg's poem Howl.
You can read the submission guidelines at Nostrovia! Poetry. Submission entry is free. Come check it out! Cheers!
Comment by DOCS Journal of Microbiography on March 3, 2013 at 6:03am Sumit to DOCS: The Journal of Microbiography - it's fun! PO Box 26183, Baltimore, MD 21210. We will most likely publish anything that adhere's to the guidelines (obviously, no hate speech)
Guidelines for Submission:
1. Please include the person / entity being depicted, the 3 topics, birth/death years (optional), explanatory paragraph (optional), and author name (optional for cover page, but we'll need it for the table of contents) with every submission. [ex. Tommy Lee Jones (1946 - Present): Marriage, Reason Believed that In The Valley Of Elah appears in so many crossword puzzles, and Various Bloopers, By: General Douglas MacArthur]
2. As shown above, the aspects of a life one chooses to illuminate may be as broad or as specific as is deemed necessary by the author. Each aspect is confined to one page.
3. Drawings, poems, photographs, stories, journals, and anything else that can be printed on paper may be sent. We hope to encourage diversity of output.
4. Any person, living, dead, imaginary, famous, or obscure, is fair game. Information given about real people need not be true.
5. Please send black & white copies. We can't afford to print in color.
6. This idea owes a lot to Project [2A]: Documents, an open-source web-based project - documentsproject.blogspot.com - the "guideline" is: go there.
