 I have been asked by Microcosm Publishing to compile a book titled Alive With Vigor!: How To Be Healthy. The book will contain vibrant information on how people can be healthy, and specifically for youth, queer, and transgender.

   Keep in mind: Much of our knowledge about how to be healthy may not come from things we have done that made us healthy, but things we have done that made us unhealthy.

   Please send a portrait of yourself (photo, drawing, collage, etc.) for us to use next to your interview questions.

   We are looking for a diversity of responses to round out the book. My experience as a queer, cis gendered male of white European ancestry will have an effect on my editing. With constant consideration and vigilance I hope to edit a work that is inclusive, within the 160 page limit that I've been given!

okay so im creating a zine called "life despite life" and my first issue is going to be about stress and ways to beat it. it will be a funny  rough guide to over come stress.

So have you got a really good way to beat stress? have you got any stories about yourself when you were stressed? are they funny? sad? annoying? share them now! im looking for tips and stories you might want to share. maybe even some art or comics. reply to this discussion or email me anything to larissa.maye19@gmail.com

Lemon Pith is a compilation zine that may be more aptly named ‘Bitter Times’ as the purpose of this zine is to offer written revenge to it’s authors. Submissions are welcomed in the form of letters (anonymous or not), fiction, poetry, or art work. Authors are welcome to remain anonymous or to revel in their revenge! The theme of the first zine will be Christmas so please send your Christmas revenge stories to wingedsnail99@hotmail.ca by 10 Dec 2012.

Do you have a box gathering dust upstairs, crammed with old VHS copies of Disney films you just haven't had the heart to throw out yet?

We're looking for photo submissions for a new zine about pirate material. Specifically, pirate material in its clunkiest physical form. Hand-labelled floppy disks, cassettes, VHS. . . we want to see it all!
