A Fool's Manifesto

I would like to announce the birth of the Monthly Manifesto. The Monthly Manifesto will be a free (and monthly!) publication distributed throughout Milwaukee. Currently we are open to submissions for our first issue "Manifesto of a Fool." If you would like to submit material (words and/or pictures, cartoons, ect.) based on this theme send them along to me at notanja@gmail.com for consideration. The deadline for this first foolish issue is March 23rd so that we can release on April's Fools Day. There is no fee for submissions either. That concept is so abhorrent that we could just about write a manifesto about it.
