West Hill Hall booking stuff

We've got the hall on Sun from whatever time we like now, need to find out what day is good for us to do the practice run. I can't generalise about what hours and so on I'll be working, as I'll be unemployed maybe after next fri

and the week before you could come tuesday evening or daytime, any good?

i cant do weekends im afraid, so a weekday evening/late afternoon it will have to be. We dont all haver to be there but as i'm doing floorplan it'd be fairly handy for me to be there! Pref weds 28th/thurs 29th

I can do 25th Jan and 15th Feb (sorry not much use!) but I'm far from essential! I think as long as a floor plan is worked out it's all good!

We could do with another normal meeting soon though. What weeknights are people free end of Jan/early Feb?

I spoke to Lianne, she said doing a practice run on the 29th is fine, but the hall's booked from 6pm onwards, so the practice would have to be in the afternoon. Can people do that? I can't say whether I can or not, because my work hours are all up in the air right now, and I have no idea what hours I'll be working from week to week.

Yeah, she's going to meet us there any time we like before 6. It's looking likely that I'll be able to come, but it's not firm, as I've been doing on call cover work at a language school, so my hours, and whether I'll even be working are all up in the air.
