it says in the minutes - "-Emma will be Steve – will invite distros and zinesters, and will co-ordinate tables using a numbering system"

but i was more of the opinion that we would all invite people and emma would more be sorting stuff on the day..

Let's sort it out on tuesday at the meeting- I want to double check the nos and sizes of available tables at the meeting so I can set up the google docs spreadsheet before we go inviting anyone.

hi lee,

do you do acoustic? i think the bands for the gig at the cowley are already sorted but there might well be space for your band at the coachwerks or west hill, but we'd need to check about noise levels at both (that's why acoustic might be the solution)
